Deliver the Denver flagship's standard in a brand-new market, on an upper floor of a new mixed-use tower, on the opening date.

Challenges
A restaurant on an upper floor of a tower still under construction, 1,500 miles from our Colorado headquarters, with an opening date that could not move.

One team, from Pueblo to South End.
Grady's equipped the restaurant from our Colorado headquarters, coordinating deliveries to the tower and the opening schedule with the build team. The same team is equipping the banquet and catering kitchen in the office tower.
